Your materials kit is priced to the exact home you're building, not a fixed catalog, so you get a real number for your plan, your size, and your finishes. You build or manage the work yourself, so the labor markup stays yours.

When do I order my materials?

Whenever you're ready. Many owner-builders wait until they're permitted, financed, and (if hiring one) have a contractor lined up, but you don't have to. We can price the kit anytime so you know your number early.

Does the design fee count toward anything?

Yes. The full amount you spend on the design credits toward your materials kit. There's no cap.

What if I'm not happy with the design?
