How custom can I go?
As custom as your land and budget allow. Start from one of our plans and change everything, or start from a blank sheet. We have drawn homes around views, slopes, working shops, in-law suites, and a long list of specific must-haves.
How long does a custom design take?
A fully custom design comes back in about four weeks. Then we revise with you until you sign off.
Do you handle the engineering?
Your plans are drawn for permitting. If your county requires a stamped structural engineer, you hire one directly and we can help adjust the plans as needed.
How is custom priced?
Design is priced by your build's total square footage (living plus shop): $2,999 up to 2,500 sq ft, $3,999 up to 3,500, $4,999 up to 4,500, and a custom quote above that. Every dollar credits back toward your materials package. The materials kit itself is priced to your finished plan, so you get real numbers on your call.
What do I need before I start?
Land you own or are closing on, and a rough idea of what you want. Bring the rest of the mess to the call.
