How do I know what my real price will be?

After you pick a plan, we'll give you a clear quote with real numbers, no hidden fees, no surprises later. You'll know exactly what you're paying before you commit.

Can I customize a plan?

Yes. Most of our customers make at least a few changes. We'll work with you to adjust the layout to fit your land, your family, or how you want to use the space.

What's included in your packages?

We offer different packages depending on how much support you need. All include your barndominium plan, building materials for your shell, and delivery coordination. Our full-service package adds more hands-on guidance through your entire build. Plans are also available separately if you want to start simple and they'll be credited to your account when you buy the full package. Working with a general contractor? We offer an add-on to align with your GC and keep everyone on the same page.

What if I get stuck during the build?

That's what we're here for. You get phone support throughout your entire build from foundation to finish. When questions come up, you'll get real answers.
